Salvation is the forgiveness of sins as a gift from God’s son, Jesus Christ, who has paid the price for the sins of the world. Knowing your sins are forgiven and you are ready for heaven can be certain by following Romans Road.

Romans 3:23

“For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.”

  • Pay close attention that this scripture doesn’t say some have sinned. It says ALL have sinned. We have all at one point in our lives sinned. And it is sin that separates us from God but thank God Almighty we don’t have to stay separated. First, you must admit to God that you are a sinner.

Romans 5:8

“But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”

  • Do you know how much God loves you? Amid your sinfulness, Christ still loved you. He sacrificed His life so that we might walk with God.

Romans 6:23

“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

  • The consequence of sin is death. Not just physical death but also spiritual death. And it is the spiritual death that keeps up separated from God. Because God loves us He offers us the gift of eternal life though salvation if we invite Jesus into our heart and allow Him to be Lord in our life.

Romans 10:9

“That if you confess with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord’, and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you are saved.”

  • You can receive salvation by confessing you are a sinner, claiming Jesus as your Savior and Lord and believing that He rose from the dead. Scripture doesn’t say that you might be saved. It says you WILL be saved.

If you are ready to give your life to the Lord, pray this prayer from your heart:

I ADMIT Lord I have sinned against You, I need You in my life.
I ACKNOWLEDGE Your Son, Jesus, died for my sins and that He was raised from the dead.
I ASK that You forgive my sins and come into my life as Lord.
In the Name of Jesus Christ,
